Kristina Rostron
My name is Kristina, I am a performer who goes by krispina (krispinasfire on IG.) I’ve been hula hooping for around 7-8 years now. Hula hooping has opened up so many doors for me and I’ve picked up many other props along the way. I have found such an immense amount of love, community and growth through this outlet that I want to share it at any possibility I can get. Like many performers and flow artists alike, I’ve battled my fair share of “imposter syndrome” which held me back in many ways. Attending MHDR last year was actually the first step in really overcome that feeling of needing to be “perfect” to be enough. This fest holds a special place in my heart and I now feel like it is my turn to give back and help other flow artists find their confidence and share my art with others! 💗

In this Hatha Flow class you will be given the option to find more stability in an asana or move more organically while holding these asanas. You are in control and choose the most beneficial way to nourish your mind and body. Opening meditation & final resting pose (savasana) is accompanied with a gong.
